Great & insightful post & comments. Very helpful.I would add that people also deeply fear uncertainty and ambiguity. Asking hard questions sends us into the unknown, when many were attracted to the church because of its promise to have all the answers. Whether theologically or in leadership, it is easy to interpret that uncertainty as “the enemy”, deciding instead to just “have faith”. Deadly.

Oh wow, mine were opposite, my tomatoes didn’t make it but my peppers were AMAZING. I’ve made so much pepper jelly that I didn’t know what to do with the last of the peppers that just came up and need to be picked. My husband LOVES Sriracha. Så om du tek omsyn til andre faktorar, som vind og ver, så tåler dei fint 10 minus om det ikkje er for mykje trekk, nedbør oa. Dyr som går ute SKAL ha tilgang til tre tette vegger og tak. Trekk er også eit problem inne. Feks for kalvar som står ned store dører som det trekk frå.

if they look whinny then go to home depot or whatever hardware store and get the strongest screws you can affordi would switch out any screws or bolts that looks weak, i had too many broken parts to telland it’s not possible to fix after they break, so better safe then sorry
